Comparisons two DVD cover

What is the genre/ sub genre of the film?
Juno is genre is a comedy about the character growing up with the bumps. the bump connotes the young female falling pregnant. On the other hand fish tank is a teen drama which them coming to age.

How are people/ place/ events represented on the cover?
The juno's and fish tank's cover show that they are both white british background. The event is in a estate house, in juno is in a high school.

What institutions are involver in the production, distribution and exhibition of the film?
There is a lot of institution, production and who has distribution, it is easier to see on fish tank because is a convention of a DVD where in juno is a not a convention of a DVD.

Who is the targeted audience? How are they targeted?
Juno's and fish tank genre are both teenagers because it is about young adult. Juno's front image is a young female pregnant, whereas fish tank's image shows a female looking out of the frame.

    ebi need to move beyond the denotation (which also needs clearer description using appropriate media terminology) and the connotations of the text. As we move into A2 this develop analytical skill will become more and more important.
